MARVEL TWO IN ONE cover artwork by NICK BRADSHAW

Marvel Two in One #4 pencil and ink cover artwork by Nick Bradshaw, featuring The Thing and the Human Torch, with Reed in the background.
11x17 inches, pencil and ink.

What I especially love about Nick's spectacular cover artwork is how amazingly he channels into the dynamic action packed cover artwork styles of the 60s-80s.
What do you think?

CAF comments are always welcome. Great to see you there as well!

I agree. Nick Bradshaw's tight pencils are amazing.

I do see the Art Adams in the cover but I am also seeing a little Jim Starlin as well

Yeah I could see a Starlin influence too which makes sense given the title and subject.

Risingstar you own this, correct?

He is a great mix of artists like Art Adams, Paul Smith, Jim Starlin --- basically many artists from a similar era -- yet Nick Bradshaw finds a way to make things his own. His rendition of the Thing is among the best I have ever seen. His style is almost a lost art today as most cover artists these days produce pin ups as opposed to action packed scenes suggestive of what is in the comic book.
