I was doing the same thing. As soon as the tweet went out and they weren't in the poster section I knew something was up. Thankfully I stumbled upon them by reloading the site.

I still can't believe I was able to grab it from my phone.

I fully expect this to be available for a decent price once this initial flurry settles down. I also think the colors on this one are a bit muddled, scene done to death, this one has several things going against it.

Interesting to read Elijah Wood's favorite Mondo posters and records for the year. At least some actors still like the old school artwork.

Well i had no chance at the FOTR drop and no PB but if i had i would probably had been among those lost in the poster section. Bummer I cant have both to decide which i like better and trade the other one towards a ROTK.

Been making offers on ebay and EB but no luck yet.

Boy was I late to the party on this drop, not that it would've made any difference had I known prior. Great artist and a great series of prints! Mondo is in dire need of revamping their purchase process; I rarely even try anymore because it is so difficult to get through the transaction process.

So the link appeared in their sidebar menu instead of the posters section? Am I understanding that correctly?

So it was like I thought. Posters are there first with the add to cart option before the poster section. Not that it really matters with bots. But still fooling around in the poster section, clicking the poster to then wait to add to cart is just another unnecessary addition.

Pass on the last print of the year from Mondo. Also, Martin Ansin did a new Star Wars image.

Looks pretty good. Too bad he still hasn't made an original trilogy yet. Maybe before the new movie next year...I haven't seen the new Star Wars teaser though. Kind of like George Lucas in that regard I guess...
