Looks like he's selling the pencil sketch as well. Then giving you the finished piece, as he states it's for a commission he's working on.

Damn, that doesn't make it very original or one of a kind, now, does it?
I thought when you commissioned a piece that the artist gave you the pencilled piece too!
And I paid pretty good $$ for this too.
