Agree - get the refund - can always come back to him some day in future when his schedule is more clear -- I did that with 2 artists and they were both happy to do commissions for me....

I didn't get on board this train. I'd heard way too many negative things about him anyway. Besides, he doesn't do painted pieces so he was never really in my radar.

i've asked for either a refund or the art.. No reply, though he did post something on facebook about working on commissions.. so who knows
