They will definitely start over again, it's just a matter of how soon. But rebooting back to Batman and Superman and Wonder Woman is inevitable. When you can do EX runs of a 1/4 scale statue at 2,500 pieces and $500+ a pop, they are raking in the dough on those suckers.
Sideshow may sell through all of the small run lesser-known characters, but the Distributors that buy them are reluctant to bring in a lot of inventory on those because they usually wind up sitting on them for a while. Sideshow themselves end up sitting on a lot of their own pieces for much longer than they want to, I'm sure - there's definitely a cost to inventory. Batman and Superman are always safe and profitable. Heck, probably 50% of all the DC statues made in this hobby are bat-family related (with most of those being variations on Batman himself).
So yes, this will definitely get rebooted. Hopefully not too soon, though
