Good Dealers?

Hello,

I was wondering if yall can recommend some good dealers for original art.

It seems that the guy at the artists choice is kind of hit and miss and also the guy at the mighty nib.

I have had good dealings with Bob at comicarthouse and Jeff over at comicbook-art.

Others seem to be slow getting back to you.

Just trying to see who yall use that are trustworthy and nice.

Thank you

James at Heroic Fine Art... but I don't know how many origianl art pieces he carries... He is great for Canvas Giclees and Lithographs...

I had a really good experience with Randy Martin at The Mighy Nib. Gave me a great deal for purchasing multiple pieces too and arranged the pieces for pickup at DragonCon.

Thanks

I've bought a few times from Randy, he gave me a free page with an order because it took him a couple of extra weeks to ship due to an illness.

I also really like dealing with Fanfare-SE, they ship very quickly and have dealt with Catskillcomics, Comicartink, and Graphic Collectibles and have had no issues with any of their service or shipping.

The only troubles that I've had with a dealer was twice with the Artists Choice. Both my wife and I received weird and insulting all caps letters from the guy when we tried to place orders on separate occasions. He's a treasure to the hobby.

During the convention season it can take a while for some of the dealers to respond. I've recently had to wait a week or so to get a reply from two dealers who were busy in San Diego. Most dealers reply pretty quickly same day or next.

Leaving aside any disagreements between Drew and Randy, I can say from experience that Randy is a person of integrity and very reliable so you can certainly conduct transactions with him with confidence

I'm pretty sure that the stuff between Randy and Drew is all water under the bridge now. Also it had nothing to do with any business dealings between the two.

My top two recommendations are Mark from Splash Page art and Mitch from Graphic Collectibles. These are the two dealers that I've done the most business with.
