I don't think it's out yet. Tonks was recently released, but I haven't heard anything of Bellatrix.

Ok when is this bust coming out? It was supposed to be out in February and it should be out I think again now. Does anyone know anything about this bust?

I got mine last week, although they have been available for a bit longer in the UK. I understand that there were a lot of damages with this run which probably explains why it came out later than the Tonks.
Anyhoo, here's some pics I took for you guys  This is a fabulous bust. It looks just like her.

Damn that looks awesome!!! I will have to hope that they will come out here soon. I haven't seen them on ebay for awhile, so I will have to look a little bit harder.
