I repainted my lips, and did a video of it.

sadly as i was working i didn't realize the pinky was never casted correctly LOL. so i patched it up during the video but not finished. just focused on the lips

you can brush it on but if you use water color you will just wet it and wash it away. but if you decide to use acrylic paint and once its dry a simple brush of floor polish will be fine.
