This is some bull sh*t!!! Both the PS3 and Vita get 5 exclusive characters?!?!
I don't see why 360 couldn't have had Pac Man and Mega Man.

you can blame microsoft for the non ex characters, they wont put out the cash for it.
Plus they know already their servers are better then PSN and most people go to it for less lag for online play then PS3. PS is doing what ever they can to get more people on their system ever since they lost out when they were hacked.

They tried to get Marcus Fenix and Master Chief for the Xbox. Microsoft won't play ball. Megaman is owned by Capcom, though I know they've been having problems with the creator as of late since he resigned from the company - a lot of Megaman projects were scraped since the debacle.

Capcom looks like they're still holding a grudge, that MegaMan looks like crap. How many slots are being given up 4 these characters?
I'd rather have Fei, Sodom & Karin but we get butt-ugly megaman

They will probably sell Mega-man and Pacman on the Xbox market place down the road since they are Namco and Capcom property and not Sony Exclusive like Cole
