I don't think pcs is trying to prove to anyone this is same as proto they seem confident enough it is. Nothing has been altered to match original proto. Cloth above Forehead is not pulled down as it is in proto (which is possible to do as others have shown). Wrinkles are still present in mask and was not straightened out. Middle section can't be changed to a y like proto this is as far as you going to get to a y but no way shape of form the same as proto which is fine with me.
Honestly I don't see a difference in the fabric going by the pic below.
