I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I'd chalk it up to being non-canon, less detailed face sculpts, personally.

Hanzo was unmasked in MKX, was he not? And looked fine.

To be fair, the production fabric on Scorpion looks a lot closer to the proto than Sub Zero does.

Why? The cost??? over budget? It is you guys had to bear it!
OK, if you dont want to bear it, honestly, we are willing to pay more for it, we just want to got the same as the PROTO, dont you know the collectors what we want?
If it is same as the PROTO, it must be a masterpiece!
Jerry has said it is the same fabric. How many times does he have to say it? Your negativity is becoming irritating and I won't be surprised if you don't get a reply from him. If you're really that upset about it, cancel it or whatever. Stop going on about it. This is your first and last warning.

I have no issue with how scorpion looks. The photos from Iron Gold really sell this piece IMO.

So the most important question when are these getting shipped? I know PCS needs to QC all these but cmon...
Hire some more hands temporarily. It seems like PCS have been swamped with a lot of statues arriving from China lately.

It's the double edged sword.

Having a small studio and few staff to keep overheads low so statues can then be priced lower.

But shipping and CS replies are slower...due to less staff.

I like to pay less and wait a couple of months extra.

After their Raiden...I dont trust their "QC". Just opening and not even taking out the figure is not qc in my opinion.

For the fabric issue, I have not been keeping up, but how much is it people think they are really different VS them being the same but one is dressed up and manipulated and the others are pulled out the box and set right up? Or are you guys saying like the pattern used in the material is different, etc.?

I know Jerry has mentioned steaming them and things of that nature to achieve the proper look. I know my Raiden and the same with my HD Bruce Lee, their pants look really bad right out the box.

I think it's the texture people have a problem with but a lot of the poor shots at the start were down to them not being set up right.

Just the position of the mask etc on the head made the shape of the head change dramatically as did where the fabric sat on the body...

Those who put the time in to messing with the mixed media got the statues looking how they should, IronGold did some rather fantastic shots of his for instance.
