I give it a 8/10. The chip sucks but im sure i can just use a marker and i wont notice it. I wouldn't use marker. Go to any hobby store and pick out closest brown acrylic paint you can find. May have to purchase 2-3 and try mixing them to get the closest shade, but even if you go with one, I'm sure it'd look better than marker.
I'm not a painter in the slightest, but I've touched up a few scuffs/chips with this method. Quick and easy, and unless you're looking right at it, barely noticeable.

im going to contact SS first and see what they can do, if they cant help then i will have to try your method. The bigger problem i have is the arms, especially the left one. After a few hours i went back to try to look at the statue again and this time the left arm was almost falling off. So i made sure it was in firmly. I will check in the morning and see if it is still attached.
