All I constantly hear is that Prime customer service sucks ass!!
Email them asap, reach out to them on Facebook or whatever and see if they respond, obviously you gotta take some pics of the broken pieces and show them.

I never buy from them direct though I always buy from retailers like Specfiction, Sideshow, Comic Concepts cause their customer service is a lot better

Hey, how're you getting on with it? That must've been devastating man, I'm sorry How does his whole LEG break during transit ugh. Paint blotch is unacceptable too it can't even be repaired with glue..

scary prospect for me with mine on my way now here in Australia from sugotoys. Currently getting concerned given that they 'sent' it on tuesday afternoon and now it's late thurs night but Aupost still say waiting for parcel/haven't even done a first scan... Hopefully just tracking is slow or they're being slow..

Hope you're getting yours outright replaced, let us know how you get on

Has an almost knockoff quality. This one isnt in my zone, but I thought they did a nice job with it on the proto. The final product has a trinket quality to it.
