Personally, I think both the Capt and BW are beyond awesome as they are. IMHO there's nothing that needs tweaking or changing.

I feel the same. Considering selling some older SS pieces in my collection to finance these two along with some of the other product GG is putting forth. Really impressed with their offerings of late.

I agree, even with the eyes being off a bit from the actors it's still a definite buy for me...

I couldn't agree more with what you guys are saying here. It would have been nice if GG included a switch out non battle damaged shield for Cap but having not seen the movie maybe his shield is like what is shown in this piece for the majority of the movie. Regardless, I really like what I am seeing on this piece and will be getting it along with BW. If GG keeps coming out with these great looking 1/4 scale Marvel pieces, I can see myself buying a lot more from them.
Edit: I just placed my order for Cap at BBTS. Woot!

If they ever get a license to make 1/4 scale Star Wars statues I bet it would get the same killer treatment..
The other big plus for me is that both BW and Cap's come with the simple bases which means they will fit in just about any display case together...
