The primary person in charge of what gets made, Alex, is moving toward only making statues from lines that consistently sell well (i.e. Zelda, Dark Souls, Spyro, etc.) and/or have a lot of support on the F4F Collector's Club on Facebook. While Tekken is not a line I collect and the other poster could be referring to something else, I believe Alex was hesitant to even try Law and was disappointed with the number pre-ordered so far, so he indicated there would have to be massive support from the group for the line to continue, which there has not been. If a line is not doing well and doesn't receive an influx of support, it can be discontinued.
For whatever reason, F4F seems to need to sell more statues to make a profit compared to Prime 1 and others. To give a comparison, P1's Jurassic line has most EX Jurassic dinosaurs capped around 500 with TBD Regular editions, while F4F usually want sales of at least 750 to break even and preferably 1,000+ to make a profit. The only possible reason I can think of is that their statues do tend to be lower priced or the factories they use are more expensive.
