My flask arrived damaged the first time but he replaced it in a month. Communication was not perfect, but I ordered a lot from licensed companies and unlicensed creators too, and was not better or worse than those.
Look at eFX, no message for months, Gentle Giant too, and so on, and we talk here about so called serious licensers.
If you had problems with the painting you should ask him for replacement or full/partial refund.
Russ' Brain chip display still is the best replica to date, doubt this HGC one will be near as half as good.

It is not my first Russ Replica purchase. Scratches on plaques, paint drips, slow communication. This last strike was his third. He's out. Not buying from him anymore.
I'm not saying he is a bad guy, I'm just saying for me, the quality doesn't match the hype. He's become complacent. Speaking with other collectors, my view is shared.

I've got a few RR pieces (including this one) and I'm pretty happy with them. I still like this piece though . . . I'm a sucker for purdy lights

Maybe his last runs were worst than older ones. I know I have no problem on any of my Russ Replicas items, in fact they are great, but I got them many years ago.
