Sorry but it looks like something that should be on the CW network 
I think DC is cutting way back on their movie budgets in case they bomb....

This isn't the movie, it is test footage. We likely won't get an actual trailer for another nine to twelve months.

DC just can't figure it out IMO.. Even with some flaws MOS is still the best movie released by DC since rebooting everything, Aquaman was just ok even though it did have some cringe worthy moments and cheesy dialogue, the same with Wonder Women... but the rest of the DC movies have been really bad and I don't have much hope for this movie or Shazam....

I do think this movie will have dark elements. The plotline seems a bit dark. I think it will be a smaller movie but they hired an indie director who wants to go for an R rating.
They don't have much to show for now so this teaser is a bit strange but I am looking forward to it, if it is more serious that Suicide Squad. And more of a crime thriller.

I have to admit, the footage appears to lack that something - that big budget editing polish. Sure, it's early days..
I can't work out what all that stuff is on Harley's arms - the colored strands.
Since this is pre Suicide Squad, i guess that goes some way to explaining why Harley looks less messed up.
