Great as usual guys. I did pick up C. War, while it's much better than House of M, it didn't WOW me. I think due to all the pre-hype and teasers, there was no big surprise or "oh my gosh" moment (Like the end of IC with "this is a job for..."), it was all expected. I did like the Cap sequence and I like the clean lines of McNiven, the computer coloring was a bit too perfect, reminded me of a computer game. After House of M I haven't picked up a Marvel book except Ast. X-men, I will see where the War takes us, but no way am I getting all the tie-ins.

IC ended with too many loose ends and lots of questions to be answered, should have been another issue other issue or so.

Sam, great Watchman review and will seek out Ego based on Wk's review.

That wouldn't ring true for Clark, though. I really do think if he lost his powers he would try to just be a good husband and writer, like he was doing. I thought that was a very true move for him.

I loved Batman: Ego! I hope it works for you, too, Aarrgghh!! Other Darwin Cooke fans with something to say about this trade?

Endless Wake, in New Avengers: Illuminati, Iron Man explained that he was against the legislation but wanted to jump on board because he felt public opinion was too strong and was too big a force swaying the need for this, hence, they couldn't stop it, but also because joining the cause would allow for heroes to influence actions coming out of it, possibly change it, or even stop it eventually. His concern was that certain heroes, like Spider-Man specifically, would be hunted down and their families destroyed. So, by jumping on board, he's trying to protect his colleagues from inside the system. That doesn't feel forced to me.

As far as Clark, I agree with b_c's point on this, too.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Thanks for the props on the watchmen review a, and everyone else, but I gotta say, it was wktf that got me the article where my opening quote came from, so it was kind of a team effort...

Just wanted to say I'm skipping reviewing this week. First ime in a long while. I'm just not up to it physcially with this sinus infection, though I am getting better.

Thanks to joe and sam for carrying the torch!
