I would be nice to skip the huge printer base and put a matching base to Gismo so price goes down.

Personally I like the printer base I think it adds a lot to the piece presence wise. Though it would probably be nice if they could offer it with and without for a lower cost option. I didn’t like gizmo’s base it looked awkward imo and must of added a lot to the price.

Didn't even know there were higher numbers (above 200) for Rosenberg.I assume ECC has sold closer to 300 pcs then.That's a huge succes imho considering this was priced 2500 EUR in the EU when it came out.
It's true the prices overseas are even more ridiculous these days.
In the EU we are now paying close to 3000 EUR for a 1/3 maquette from ECC.If Mohawk is close to $3000 we can expect something like 3500EUR...

The thing with Rosenberg is it was done in very very very prolonged batches. There was plenty of time for it to gain demand. I first ordered and got it direct just last year.

I love their bases too including this copy machine one but it's just so... much bigger than Mohawk and gawdy in a sense. It has nothing that frames it as a statue or a piece and I get that is part of the point. It's so ultra realistic almost to a fault where it doesn't quite look right out of context, i.e. in a movie or collection room, anywhere outside of an office copy room.

So I'm of 2 minds about the base and can easily imagine either opinion's side, especially given whatever the cost to manufacture is, that base HAS to be a 1/3 of the total if not way more and so will be contributing a large amount to the final price.

We are just waiting for the Warner Bros marketing department to approve the images for the site. Once they have approved, we will start taking Pre-orders. The exact date is now contingent on when we hear back from WB. Everything else is in order and ready
