Had issues with my Psylocke EX - head shown had hair broken -and they replaced it 2x without any issues (after they sent me the 1x replacement it broke and they had to send me ANOTHER)

so that was all fine and good- but now this is happeneing with only 3 months or son display without any sunlight and in a climate controlled environment- scared to order more

Wasn't Psylocke the ONE piece they didn't apply a protective coat of clear paint to? Haven't seen my statue crack like that... yet that is...

Got off the Marvel train before they released her, but that's what I remember people say. Maybe some other forum member can confirm?

No, not CC but primer. Vince-vell stripped one and found out no primer was under all of the sculpt.

I think that we are seeing a steady loss of quality on every item. Empty resin, statues are always lighter, paint job is quite always approximate...
We are not satisfied here : cuz we pay too much money to settle.

A company that lives on selling high end collectibles and skip the primer, that's a clear case of letting quality decline.

I agree...but something has to change. Prices always increase and quality declines more every new piece.
people should start to right pay for what they get.

The only thing sideshow will respond to is if people actualy start to get so worried that they don't get what they pay for so they don't buy at all.

Then Sidehsow will be ready and go back to there glory days quality.
