Generally it could, but it's kind of Satish is technically a vendor not a customer.

Hmm... I don't know the rules but I would think Sath could request an exchange if his customers had an issue same as if someone ordered from other venders in the release countries.
Regardless I'm no longer going to need to worry about that.

And now she's being recasted. Some people have no shame!
Good luck with reproducing the eyes!

even if they did the paint perfect they aren't getting the eyes with a casting and that's easily the best part ;p
also this isn't a statue you want to get on the cheap, it needs to be heavily reinforced which is something cheap recasts don't really do.

It absolutely does! Pics just don't show how extreme her pose really is. Seeing it in person is far different and I definitely didn't get a sense of it through any pics I saw.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I need your guys thoughts on this...
With all the problems I detailed about my piece, HMO got back to me and offered a 35% refund back from the cost of the statue. I haven't accepted it yet because even with the refund, I still have a damaged piece. But what's kind keeping my back against the wall is that The fees ship any broken pieces back to them and then have them ship any fixed pieces back to me is only going to balloon my cost.
Do I just take the refund as is? Should I ask for more money back? I really don't know how to handle this =/
