Interesting that they chose to change WW's look for this film; she didn't sport this look in the books it is based on. I like the costume but find it hilarious that DC still doesn't have the backbone to put the planned pants on her.

I actually don't mind the pants. As stunning as Wonder Woman is supposed to be, what always set her apart from Black Cat and Emma Frost and so on was her heroism. She's never been about the boobs-in-your-face. Unfortunately, it appears the more clothes she wears, the lower her sales numbers go.

Totally agree. I think that it is ridiculous that in 2013 comic fans remain insistent heroines do battle in panties. Both pant costumes that Jim Lee designed were funtional but still very feminine IMHO.

I don't agree with this statement regarding WW because her character is Amazonian. Other characters yes but for her no.

I understand where you are coming from. In light of that though the fictional Amazonians are based on/in ancient Grecian mythology and archetypes. Spangly panties are not part of the attire traditionally associated with the period from what I have seen. Even in the comics/animation Diana is the only Amazon subjected to strictly wearing a swimsuit as the others appear in more traditional attire. Her sister Donna Troy in your avatar gets to cover up more.
I am all for attractive women in comics and film; I just feel that the objectified appearance undermines the strength of the character all too often.

Wanted this. But without Aquaman I have zero interest. I will buy the next movie that focuses on just Aquaman. Also I agree Wonder Woman looked better with the pants.

yeah saw this preview on the flash paradox dvd.
looking forward to this one. although Aquaman wont be in it. ill still buy it. DC kicks total ass when it comes to their animated films. they really do a great job bringing the comics to life.
i ,like WW in the panties the best.she has some serious thighs that need to be shown off ..
the animation looks like tis going to be done by one of the Japanimation artists from the Batman Gotham Knight dvd. can think of the name though.
