After Claremont run disappointment. I just randomly picked up The New X-Men by Morrison since i have no idea about X-Men Omnibus reading order and i always wanted to read Morrison run anyway.
I am like 15 issues in and the story goes forward so fast. It is like the phase is on a sugar rush. lol I always think, yeah, people hate mutants but there certainly should be some people who admire them as well, people who want to be mutants with awesome super powers. There was that in this run. There was this villain guy who modified himself with mutant organs with surgery and promoted that to people as don't you want to be a mutant with awesome powers ?
I don't think i understand what exatly is Xorn yet. Scott cheats on Jean with Emma or what ?! Professor X's evil sister Cassandra Nova took over the prof. Would she be the end of X-Men... HA HA And i think this Morrison run was where X-Men started to kill people or something, i guess because when X-Men killed Cassandra Nova or end a mutant's suffering, they were like they were doing it for the first time and their attitude was ''lets see who has a problem with that''...
This kind of reminds me how Zack Snyder tried so hard to show killing people can be ok in his DC Films. I just want to add once again, -you are no better than whoever you kill- on a pholosophical level as a pacifist myself.
So far Morrison Run was meh... I just really liked the Wild Sentinels idea, that was unique and cool.

Ultimate Spider-Man, vol. 2 Ordered
I think Ultimate Spider-Man has been the Marvel title which i enjoyed reading the most among all the Marvel titles which i have read so far. That is why i double dip with Ultimate Spider-Man. (:

A lot of this is from Tomb of Dracula which I already have, too bad.
Also a Fraction Hawkeye omni coming later as well, yawn.

Me too. He was also in a lotta Vampire Tales B&W mags which I also have. Not sure I'll pick up the omni but it would be cool just having a big Blade book.

Blade is one of my favorite Marvel Characters, but that is not the Classic Comics Blade. My favorite is The Wesley Snipes, Blade. I will pass on the Blade Omnibus as well, and wait for Tomb of Dracula Omnibus, vol. 2 and 3 reprints. Marvel will eventually reprint them... I can wait.

I believe the Hawkeye omnibus was first released in 2015 so this upcoming hardcover is a reprint. I'm surprised it wasn't rereleased earlier to coincide with the TV series in 2021.

Hmph, me too. I?ve got all 3 Tomb of Dracula omnibuses plus the Vampire Tales collections. Probably will pass on this one.
Plus, I?ve got the Matt Fraction Hawkeye in oversized HC version already. Bummer.

Well if I remember right, I think we are both at a place where there isn?t much left that we need. Kind of a bitter-sweet feeling for me.

You do remember right. Very bitter-sweet. I?m getting the Warlock and Nova Omnibuses, but replacing the trade copies I have of both with the higher end format so, basically, no new content at all.
