Yes and actual skull on top of an actual neck. The one by PCS was never good enough because of the weird pole thing they did.

Have you seen the PCS one in person? Classically Skeletor always was a floating skull and the PCS one captures that perfectly when hooded.

I'd doubt it as there's quite a lot different from that illo from what's been shown so far.
Wonder if they ever considered doing realistic and cartoon color variants?

Well, shoot. I like how the "feathered" collar pops up around the hood on the concept too, gives it an intimidating silhouette.
Little underwhelmed by the prototype. Good details, but lacks the oomph I expected.

Meh, I always took the cartoon look to be shadowed so you didn't see his neck. It just didn't translate for me on the PCS version at all.
