I got a response from Aurelie who seems really nice. However I think I have to pass. The prices are little bit out of my range especially with NYCC coming up shortly.
Anyway here was Aurelie's response.
Yes, my name is Aurelie and I rep Aype Beven.
Thanks for your compliment on Aype's art 
Here is the description of a commission from Aype.
Character of your choice very detailed with his object typical or with a quick background (to set the scene).
Depends of character chosen and Aype's ideas.
Size 11x17 inches
The rates are:
$600 for a single character
$1000 for two characters
$1300 for three characters
$1500 for four characters
+$100 for additional characters
The shipment charges with insurance are $70 or $80 (for the United States).
The piece is flat inside of a sturdy parcel.
And you can get a spot from January 2015.
I give you a precise date later.
Which character(s) do you prefer?

You would need to make it clear whether this includes background or not. I don't believe it does. However, check to make sure, just in case!
