PCS : Cancellation Policy
I just saw that you changed your policy on the site.
Cancellation policy :
- Before: NRDs are 10% off the item's price.
- Now: NRDs are 10% to 30% of the item's price.
It's not correct for your client to change your policy as you wish.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

With the way this company deals with refunds or emails they have no right to do anything until they get their sh_t together.

NRDs with PCS have always been more than 10% most $400-500 statues you have always had to put down like $100.

It might have said that on the page but what i am telling you is that the NRD has never been 10%...so they have probably updated to reflect what they actually charge.

Majority of pieces on there don't ask for a 10% NRD. All the pieces I've ordered I've never paid 10% NRD, it's always been pretty much $100 up front on deposit or payment plan.
And like i said they have updated to say 10-30% so that's correct as 10% was never correct.......that's my point.
I think Guile and 1:3 Dredd are the only 2 that require 10% all before or after require more....
EDIT : BISON BUST TOO OMGZ!!

No sympathy for anyone effected by this. It’s not as if there wasn’t enough warnings.

If they need the cash flow that badly, they can institute a 200% NRD. So if you cancel, you fork over twice the full MSRP. Ferrari maintenance and protein powders aren't cheap.

Oh for sure the NRD amount is clearly stated at the time of purchase but there was an announcement made that going forward entire deposits would be 10% and that matched the NRD of 10%.
No mention was made that would no longer be pursued.
