Nope...no response for me.
I sent deposit for Dredd cursed earth statue. They responded saying my order was confirmed and that it was now added to my account. Which it was. This is all good up to this point.
Problem is, they embedded the deposit under a previously completed order number...so, my concern is that their system will not "know" I have an open order...I asked them to clarify why they did this several weeks ago, and no response...

I got a reply already from someone named Mae. It was just to tell me what orders i have so it was only quick but that was super quick, less than an hour.

got one response in one business day and one in the next day (originally mailed 6/11 and 6/21), both about my zangief which i have received

I've seen people who literally just want to change their address on file not get a reply too, but yes of course the most is about refunds.
