I think it is a problem that they base their business decisions on such a tiny sample size that wants everything but doesn't buy anything, and not take into account any other, harder metrics.

It isn't worth making as a business decision or as a risk to customers. That's the lesson of the whole PCS mess.

Guys come on don’t hype yourself up for nothing. This is how this company operates they make some small changes polls, promises for the new year, a new admin in their Facebook group hype a few pieces up and revert to the same bold business model they have been using for over a decade. False promises and excuses.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Ant shows his face and makes a few more promises for 2019 then goes back into hiding like IT once every 27 years.
