Not sure I love it but am I reading it right that if I pledge 200 Euros (about $227 as of this morning) that would be enough to get one of these? That seems really low especially because to get a second one appears to be 850 Euros?

Darrin, unfortunately you are wrong. It states €200 as down payment and then 4 x €199......so in total €996 plus shipping.

I will pass on this as well. I really don't like the female face and such.

Another Barbarian that will never see the light of day but looks awesome. This is one Caleb Nefzen did 4 years ago. I really love this one.

And his work for Heads or Tails for the Frazetta Chess Set. Not sure I agree with the choices for individual pieces but outstanding work in any case

I think this new 1/4 Barbarian just shows how accessible this hobby and industry are now and is a great example to advise warning.
Anything will get made in the not too distant future.
All the talk of art and sculptors' talent will give way to A.I. approximations.
And as timeless as Frazetta is, (and he is!), as time passes the marketable allure of this stuff will wane and license holders will be more and more desperate to capitalize on their relatives' works...

Level 52 Studios said on facebook that Silver Warrior is in design phase and will likely be coming in 1/4 and 1/6 scales

Despite I'm not a fan how the girl's face looks, I've read all the FAQ of how this Kickstarter thing works and as soon this will go live I'm in for the painted version. It just looks better than ARH's sculpt.
