Need touch up on Koto Thor

Hey guys, I went to sell my Koto Thor this week and noticed some paint cracks in the left arm.

Is this an issue a painter could fix for me? I am willing to ship. I am in North Carolina.

Here is the pics of the damage.

id think that needs to be sanded and reprimed but then a issue of matching skintones ,always easier to just repaint all the skin then try to match fro me any way. best advice is sell it as is at a discount, youd put too much into it to have fixed and re sell, leave it for the next guy, maybe you find someone who doesnt mind it.
