I have to assume any wait list that converts = returns, possibly returns that have been fixed.
The reason being - i returned my Chun-Li Alpha and the replacement appeared to be a return. Nothing could be done about the portrait with marks on it, as the piece had sold out.

The reason being - i returned my Chun-Li Alpha and the replacement appeared to be a return. Nothing could be done about the portrait with marks on it, as the piece had sold out.

if they are returns that are actually repaired and have no issues then I will be ok with that, now if they still come with issues, I am sending that back so fast...

Yeah, I almost feel guilty I came in late and got her with minimal wait in perfect condition after reading all the frustration of other pre-orders.

They ran out of replacement hands for chun at sideshow so I wasnt able to get one, f***,did however get $90 in credit for it

No they won't sacrifice a new piece if they can help it.
They will replace a defective with a return even if they have sealed ones if they can.
