It might be worth asking again. You might be dealt with by someone else. The first time i attempted to obtain a replacement right hand i recall being told something along the lines of them not knowing about replacement right hands?
Having read your post, and sending SSC another email, i thought i'd be in line for $70 worth of SSC credit. Instead i got my right hand
I'd have been happy either way.

I'm so glad I dumped these a few years ago. I would have tremendous buyers remorse paying 1k for these.

Thanks for keeping the thread alive guys.
There were a number of challenges, there are some quibbles, but I still am happy to have these pieces.
To PCS: the course of action needed from here is a line of some consistent, and timely execution of some statues. Follow up with a grail of sculpting on a desirable character, and definitely I along with plenty others would hop on again.
Right now, I'm sitting pretty solid with my 1:3 Rya and Chun set up.

I can't either. My replacement, which appeared to be some else's return, couldn't be returned (paint chips on nose) as Alpha had sold out. Maybe they are fixing up my original return, to sell to someone on the waitlist?

Sideshow doesn't fix statues. They just aren't going to go ring around returns with people

I never trusted PCS' own "in-house QC". Sideshow actually would have the resources to set up a professional repair service, but we all know well that's not the case. Why bother, when you have tons of rookie collectors that won't notice they got a return?
I'm spending my PCS credit on new arrivals and PO items only. Even with Hot Toys stuff, you never know.
