Loved The Grey, and being an advocate for the welfare of wolves, I found their depiction accurate, given the circumstances.

Those guys shrug off swimming around in sub-zero temp rivers, in sub-zero temp climates.. like nobody's business, though.

Gorgeous scenery, and an emotional man's survival movie.

The controversial Battle Royale makes its way to Blu-ray. I couldn't be happier. This is a fun, shocking, violent, wild ride of a film. I can't help but think this release was timed to precede the theatrical release of it's imitator, The Hunger Games. Maybe as a way of saying "hey we were here first." Whatever the reason its a long overdue, welcome addition to my BD collection and one of my favorite Japanese films ever made.

Agree! One of my faves!

I haven't seen the sequel either. Avoided it due to poor reviews. Almost bought it blind though as part of the 2-pack but decided to just pick up the original as it was half the price. LMK what you think of PT. 2 Tony. I'm curious if I made a mistake not getting the box set.

I enjoyed Battle Royale 2 a hell of a lot. It's by no means as good as the first, but it doesn't suffer the second movie blues that so many other films do

I have to admit, I have never seen Battle Royale Not sure why I haven't, but seems to be well rated so I'll pick up the BD in my next amazon order.

Battle Royal is a fantastic movie. I have it on DVD, maybe at the right price I'll pick it up on BD too.

I liked the manga of Battle Royal. It's so much crazier than the film.
The film was pretty good, and I can see why they couldn't add certain things from the comic.

The Muppets 8/10 fun movie, had some bad parts mainly a couple singing moments, had decent flow, hopefully if they make another it will be mainly focus on the muppets and not so much on the actors as much
