There are two versions of the Stormtrooper PF. The first one was re-released after a while and there were some that were indeed yellowish in color, if you buy one, you need to be careful. The newer PF has a tank top type armor, too small compared to what it should have been, but the pose is better.
Hot Toy's 1/4 Stormtrooper still remains in the prototype stage for years already. It would have been a very impressive piece:
