I don't trust anyone in China. Sellers of knockoffs or random delivery drivers who may or may not scan or even deliver your package there. You want to risk your money be my guest.

I have already ordered, and now in the process of returning via eBay.

The item turned out to be used instead of the brand new, unopened item advertised. eBay has authorized the return. I'm going through the process of returning right now, which is why I asked.

Was the statue in good like new shape?
If so, why not keep it?

it's so funny, a "used" statue doesn't exist....used for what? Standing on a shelf? - originally the concern was that it was fake, that's one thing - but used? - and from ebay no less.....

If it were me, I'd brush it down and carry on with my life, knowing I scored a unit that I wanted.

Used, meaning there are issues.
Large scratch on base, paint chips on base. Broken magnet on foot.
Missing ring on finger. Adhesive stuck on bat. Ripped box.

A host of items. So please don't judge without knowing the issues.
I paid for a brand new, unopened item. I don't think you would keep a misrepresented item with issues.

To be fair, most of those "issues" come with the new statues - fresh out the box.....so, don't be so quick to judge. Just go take a look at the review that was done recently for the WWJL piece.....

And I'm "judging" based on the information you are providing - did you state that the statue arrived with loads of quality issues, or did you just claim it was "used"? Used doesn't necessarily equal damaged....I've bought used boots in the past, that were like new....

So if you want to be undesrtood in a certain way, use your words and communicate - no one is a mind reader here

Well, the conversation was about advice for the return process. I mentioned in passing it was a used item. I did not mean for this to turn into an assessment of whether I should return it...

But since you are curious, here are some photos of issues... There are more, but the point is I paid for a brand new item (above retail price), not a used one.

I wonder how the seller lost the ring?
The small scratch (under the base), the broken box, the small bit of black paint missing are not what i would call much of an issue.

If I knowingly paid for a USED item, then the broken box and small paint chip wouldn't be that big a deal.

I paid a premium for a brand new collector's item, which turned out not to be the case. It also has flaws that cannot be fixed (like a missing ring).
That's why I'm returning.
