I believe that's his commission pricing. Usually there's not a "wait list" at conventions and he doesn't do the "tall" ones there I don't think. Correct me if I'm wrong.

As far as I know, and I can confirm this at some point, Ron Lim is $80, 11x14 Pencil, no background, at SDCC. At home stuff, if he starts taking them again, is $100 for the same (though more detail).

Ron charged $60 at wondercon. He charged me $100 because I asked for a galactus, who is a bit more complicated than a regular superhero.
