I think just X amount is allocated to each retailer, equaling the total number. easy peasy.

But the ES is the total right? Of all the retailers? Not just sideshow? So they can't say sold out can they? For the regular I mean. Or do all the other retailers the deal thru Sideshow and not directly with Jerry?

Not sure if that makes any sense..

EDIT: Actually thinking about it, Sideshow could have (say) 100 and they could put "sold out" after they sell the 100. The ES is still technically 350 regardless. It's not their problem if you can get it somewhere else.....

Oh for sure, it took Sagat EX like what, a month or more too sell out and the ES was only 350 but said TBD? ES up front creates a major rush for these things. See all the anti hype for the Diablo statue as it's an open ES? We do not want that! Great job Jerry love it, keep it up man!
