That's the one I have. It's a great statue.

With that being said, I think the Sideshow piece is a lot better. I just don't need two Thanos pieces and the money saved from not ordering it will more than cover Magneto, and them some.

I'm still waiting to see either the the ES for regular or the proto at SDCC before pulling the trigger. Not sure yet if I want to pay double my self imposed spending limit on this piece. But if do, this is the piece I'll get.

I was thinking that too but they made 4000 regs of the Hulk/Wolverine statue so now I think it may be more.
I feel Sideshow should keep the ES lôw on Thanos just to keep the buzz going.

Regular are 90% of time double ES of EX

In H&W case EX was 2500 so they lowered the regular already.
And we can all say the statue is one of the best SSC recently did.

Maybe they'll follow the same path for Thanos but i don 't think so as global ES is way inferior compared to H&W.

Yeah, but don't forget, the HULK and Wolverine MAQ clocks in at almost half the price of the Thanos MAQ. That alone will move more H&W MAQs. I believe the $1200 price tag will naturally keep the ES down on the Thanos REGs. We'll eventually see how many collectors will actually be lining up to drop $1200 + shipping on the REGs.

Doom and magneto are special circumstances. There wasn't many in circulation and not a massive amount of regulars floating around. This won't go near those prices or crack 2k after release. The bitter people should relax. There will be plenty available. People paying 1k to 2k for xm pieces this is as good as ghostrider and cable maybe slightly better maybe slightly less depending on the person. But not hundreds better. So it will be had for a decent markup price.

Anyone selling for 1500 will be selling at a loss after ebay and paypal fees. They better cancel those exclusive orders now.

I would say if you can get this at 2k you're doing well. If I see any selling at $1500 I'll buy a second one for myself.
