I don't remember who sculpted it, but IMO he did an awesome job, far better than the new one.

I guess I'm in the minority, too, then. Because I'm in agreement, the OG/Green with Envy PF has the best sculpt for Ivy. The pose, proportions and representation for the character is spot on. Glad I have her in my collection.
That's why ...as I said before ...I'm content with the Ivy PF I have if this new Ivy PF does not meet my expectations.

That could be .....cause all they had to do was make her front just a tad more defined and it would've matched her back nicely.

No, i think it was a design decision to maintain a sensual quality, had they added harder abs and quads people would have been complaining and criticizing more than they already are.

The EX portrait works better side on like this. The leaves don't work well around the hair-line from any angle.
The shade of red used on the EX's hair looks better than the orange used on the standard edition.
..i think i'm done commenting on this piece, until the in hand images show up

Personally, I loved the prototype of the original Ivy, but I have grown very tired of both of mine (EX and green).
I'm going to sell both.
I want to love this new Ivy, and I do love the base and the regular portrait, but I'm so disappointed she can't be displayed from the angle I would want to display her from.

Now that more images are available, I notice that the painting is not the usual high end prototype paint job you're never going to get.
Looking at the hair and the way the leaves have been executed, it looks a little, well, let's say....less crisp. I think this is a great move on SideShows part, and I'd be shocked if production pieces don't come out very very close to this pre-view. For those that like this piece, I reckon you can (at last) buy with confidence.

I am giving her to my friend in June. She will be customizing her into someone else.
