Still hoping to pick up (eventually):

1. Russ Manning page (from Tarzan, Korak or other work)
2. Siya Oum commission (like Magneto)
3. Jim Holdaway Modesty Blaise strip
4. Alan Davis page or commission

Not sure how many of these will eventuate but you never know

My 2014 art resolution is to spend less money on art! I've been going kinda nuts the past 18 months. Somewhere in the 20K range, which is way above my usual. Going to try (I say this a lot and it never happens) to stick to a few key wants. Also, no big art convention trip this year, just the (semi)local Calgary Expo and the Local Edmonton Expo.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

No more con sketches. I will mainly focus on quality commissions.

My goal, which all depends on what is being sold. But my wish is that not many things I want come up for sale, and it can be a nice cheap year.

I already have my first piece lined up for 2014.

A DPS Commission from Russ Braun of 'The Seven' from The Boys.

Other than that I would like to get:
-A Tom Grummett commission (Superman, Long Hair, Black Suit)
-Bob Layton (Galactus)
-Some additions to my Batman, artists choice jam. Jim Cheung for sure.

I would love to pick up a good Black Suit Superman page by either Tom Grummett or Dan Jurgens. They were my first introduction to Superman.
