It looks pretty cool in the last pic. It's a 1:4 scale, so that kind of macro photography isn't too flattering. It's not a jaw dropper like something from Prime 1, but it's still imho the best Endo out there in recent years. The overall Genisys design kicks ass

These pics also prove that they're not all damaged, it just sucks for people who have received damaged Endos though.

Yes, but when you get the box, you open it knowing you have a 50/50 chance of getting a damaged or undamaged one.
It's got to be the packaging. IF the inside of the packaging of where the endoskeleton lays was designed correctly, it should survive shipping.

Knowing this, I'm hoping CC have replacement process is in place for the US buyers. It's been a long wait and I don't want to wait longer to deal with replacement.

CC has the best customer service in the history of the universe. No but seriously I'm pretty sure they will ask you to send it back for replacement or refund. Paul is trying to build his business, not tank it into the ground by being a jackass to customers. They do keep their eye out for customers who break their own ---- by accident and try to get a replacement on CC's dime, though.

l think this piece looks great overall. I hope the black smudges on the teeth aren't that bad on most of them. I don't think it should be there but it may not look that bad in person since these pics are magnified. Still looking forward to getting mine.
