A) the order info isn't that big a deal, least not for me nor does it sem a stickler for most people. ARH recently lost theirs and also didn't really cause a huge stir.
B) sideshow delays their statues just as badly
C) i like how you somehow imply PCS doesn't constantly get ---- for having delayed statues :P
Overall they are a better company and keep us more up to date with delays (seriously the delay notifications we get from SS are just because we get the final payment continually pushed back except for the once in a while rare message about it).
They deliver what they promise too, their CS is better (and takes just as long to respond nowadays which is sad cause it's literally two people), they have a QC guy in china and their advertise realistically what they can deliver.
The delays suck, and everyone wishes it was shorter, neither PCS or SS are immune to it. At least PCS offers you a full refund including deposit if it's been pushed back more than 6 months while SS told me last time that they'll use my one time courtesy of moving the NRD to another statue :|

It's taken me this long to notice because I have been in the University until a couple of hours ago.
At least it gave everyone something to talk about for a day!

I still think this is a cover up. I heard xm hacked the forum and bumped sideshow down.

Forget for a minute to win this argument at any cost (which really, seems your only point so far), I'm just talking of design and art direction. Not technique, rendition, details, which one is "better" (that's very subjective and I agree).
On one side, character standing in an awkward pose and on a plain base, on the other side, character flying with a flaming bird. Now give me your honest opinion about which one is a more creative and impressive design.
That's my point and really, doesn't need more proof than the actual statue, you're the one claiming to know how approvals work so you could shed some light and give some facts about why certain companies seem have more innovative designs approved while Sideshow is limited in their creative choices. Your post implied that it's not actually Sideshow's directives to limit their artists, but approvals, so please share any proof.

could very well be that Sideshow, from communication from their fans, have determined that a majority of their fans prefer museum style poses. At least I do.
