They have the right idea but need better execution.

1) More exclusive statues and other pop culture collectibles.

2) "Permanent" discounts rather than erratic promotions periods (such as ending sales earlier than advertised). An LCS in my area recently announced that statues and graphic novels would be 25% off every day rather than only during special holidays.

3) Promos should be the same at both ThinkGeek and GameStop stores. It makes no sense to have 50% off clearance items at GameStop while ThinkGeek still has them for only 2 cents less than MSRP.
