I think Bumblebee just forgot herself and thought that she was the real Powergirl for a while. We’ll send her to Arkham Asylum to get some much needed help for her case of super-heroine dysphoria.

Yes, many Heroes and Villains at some point in the journey face some type of dysphoria...

Even the legendary Power Girl has had to deal with a few issues of her own...

Power Girl statue discussion!

Given we only have a banner have to speculate about details within the piece. Yes, I'm assuming it will be Kara and he iconic costume. So it comes down to attitude and pose for me.

Figured I'd go through a couple of my Power Girl pieces for possible inspirations.

Statue 1

Iron Studios - Ivan Reis



The pose along with the base show off Power Girl's flight ability and give her a serene calm sense of making the extraordinary as common. I actually think this is the most likely over all theme of clouds and light given the recent Supergirl, but there are other options...

DC Collectibles - Adam Hughes



Here is a museum pose that is classic super hero pose showing off poise and presence and beauty Power Girl is endowed with. Given the first PG PF was museum based I could see this, but feel like they are going more dynamic lately.

DC Collectibles - Stanley "Artgerm" Lau



Lau seems the most likely to be the artist as he did the first PG PF and both SG PFs, and he also did this smaller scale piece. In this one see more of her brawler attitude and toughness with an air of confidence.

Kotobukiya Bishoujo - Shunya Yama----a



Clearly this draws from far more eastern style, but the recent Supergirl PF did lean a bit more as a mix of east and west than prior ones aesthetic. I'd be curious if they went so cute and cheeky with Power Girl and various possible flexing poses to show off musculature.

They should just make this in to a statue. Would be a huge winner. Oh, and have Will Harbottle sculpt her.

I always liked a pose like this, assuming she's not flying. I might actually track this Canary down, like it better than the PFs and I have the corresponding Ivy.

Given I have that print and use it as my avatar it is safe to say I would be 100 percent on board with this concept.

She would look absolutely amazing (just like his Rogue is). I'm not even a huge fan of the character, but if they did something like this in statue form, I'd buy.
