This is the first time I've ordered from Spec Fiction. If there is a design problem with this statue, do you (or anyone else) know how good Spec Fiction's customer service is?

i received about 5 or so statue from specfic, and so far i had no issues. but i have contacted them in regards of availability of other statue. It is usually one person who responds back to me and he gets back to me right away via email, if not than within few hours. so they respond back to you quick. I even called him once and he picked it up and helped me through some preorder. very friendly service. The only exception is my last email i sent to him asking if he will carry certain statue where i never got the response back. and that was few months ago and i am guessing he probably just overlooked my email.

Thanks for the info! I'm a little worried about people saying this has major leaning issues right out of the gate. Guess I should just relax and see what actually arrives instead of getting worried over a single picture...

Is this the one you're referring to? I saw someone post this on Facebook.

I was actually referring to the one earlier in this thread (although it sounds like that one may have been taken out of context). I had not seen this one from Facebook.

I was concern about this statue having leaning problems, which is why I never order it.

Just received the p2 version from specfiction, but they have not shipped out p1 version yet. box is very large but also very light (30 lbs). thanks to UPS, it came crumbled with bunch of holes and torn around from all sides. hopefully nothing is damaged from inside.
