I'm a fan of Greg Horn's work too. I met him last year at a convention in Toronto and got a signed Rogue and Gambit print. His work is always nice!!

Greg's a great guy. One of the most down to earth artists I've met yet. He doesn't mind talking to anyone that walks up to his booth, and seems genuinely interested in listening to and talking to his fans. Met him in San Diego last year...

Tony, you're right about that. And like the others have said, he's very gracious. He often asks for donations to the CBLDF. At a Wizard World Convention a while back people showed up with tons of comics for him to sign, often with multiple copies of the same comic. He seemed a little leary of it, expecting to see them on eBay. I had him sign a single Black Widow cover he had done, and he asked why only one comic. He seemed relieved to hear that I simply wanted it for my own personal collection.

He has a very pretty wife, and to me it seems obvious that she's been some of the inspiration for his comic work. Overall, he's just a very pleasant guy.

Now if you want to talk about not-so-nice guys, I could always start a thread on Joseph Michael Linsner.

Not a huge fan, not a fan of the photo realistic stuff. Friend of mine got a sketch a few years ago, full figure for $80, it was very nice liked it better than his "painted" stuff.

If you come across a second copy of the Elektra one let me know. I picked up No. 11 last night which is also a nice cover.

I really liked his work on Elektra. I wish he would have done the black widow covers on the last limited series. I'd like to see how he handles Natasha...
