Pull lists are lists of regular comics that stores pull on a monthly basis to hold for regular customers who come to pick them up when they can. Most retailers don’t require you to prepay, so they can be a big financial burden even in non-pandemic times.

But yes, IG64 is correct. You can stockpile comics and come get them (usually) once a month. My shop sent me a PayPal invoice and I paid them. I didn't expect that, but they did and they shipped the comics to me.
