Maybe it is because we are part of the first shipment. I did not receive one either and I'm glad I didn't..... 
Hopefully I'm right and we will be the first ones to get it.

The maquette wont be available for preorder via Cinemaquette until they expect the first shipment to arrive.

I've treid phoning FPI, and they say don't have them yet. The woman i spoke to said they don't have a product code for it yet and as soon as its available, it'll be on the site.
JFJ, do you have the code for it? did you manage to actually place an order?

You transcend 'telephones' once you reach VIP status. At that status, communication with FPi is possible via telepathy.
The people at FPI can only see what you see on the FPI website. They list 1000's upon 1000's of products, and not all members of staff no about ALL the products that are due for release, so cut them a little slack. If you are getting no joy I would aks to speak to a more senior member of staff, or ask the person you phone to contact the buying team and get back to you.
Or, wait until it goes up on the site formally.
