Has DCD ever done a straight-up re-release on a full-size piece?

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I think its going to be a mini-statue because I haven't seen DCC re-release a full size diorama.......yet.

Wish it was full size. But after seeing the pic it doesnt have the same amount of detail the full sculpt had. How big is a mini usually?

As someone who owns the original, I could care less if they re-release it. The best part of a re-release would be no longer having to see the thread on the original pop up every so often and having to hear all those who don't have it whine about how they want it soo badly, but it goes for soo much. J/K I really wouldn't mind it getting re-released, it's such a beautiful piece and it belongs in as many collectors hands as possible.

Having said all of this I'm sure it will be a mini version. They usually release mini versions of their dios and I don't think this one has been released that way, so it's due. We'll see soon enough.

They did the same thing with the Turner's Supergirl Statue, released a mini version of it a few years later (both being a limited edition)... Seems there doing the same thing here.

Still looks cool tho... Tempting...

Yeah, based on that alone I would suggest this is a mini. I think it was close to $300 when I bought mine.

Having said that I don't like the release of the "mini"statues. I personally feel it diminishes the desirability/collectibility of the original.

I've never picked up a DCD mini, but this one is tempting. How detailed are these minis typically? Are they pretty faithful to the originals?

I have both the original 10" Supergirl Statue and the 7" one and there pretty much identical....
