Why couldn't they make theses homogeneous enough where the bases were at least identical heights so they matched together?

I’m pretty sure all of the avengers in this line have the same base height. Maybe Jeff can confirm.

Thor's base is about .25" taller than Cap's.

Thanks for confirmation, that’s unfortunate. Easy fix by propping cap up with felt pads but wonder now how exactly hulk and iron man bases compare.
